All orders are sent via DPD using their flexible and fully tracked 2-day (week day) service.
Using DPD enables us to automatically provide you with their industry leading delivery service that allows you to track, change and be in for your delivery with their 1 hour delivery window. This has allowed us to have a 99.6% first time delivery success rate.
Please be aware that the way we charge for shipping outside of the UK is different to orders shipped within the UK.
Orders going to the USA and Europe are charged based on weight rather than price due to the way we are charged.
However, we do offer free shipping outside of the UK if the value of the order exceeds £300.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
All orders are shipped from the UK, therefore you may have additional import fees upon delivery.
All orders placed from outside of the UK will be shipped via DPD, DHL, UPS or Parcelforce and will have full tracking details provided.
